TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Included in the monthly rent: water, electricity, wireless internet access, cable TV streaming, land line, golf cart use and two bicycles.
Also included: use of fitness center, swimming pools, sauna, Jacuzzi, steam bath, tennis courts, athletic court, pickle ball, shuffle board, lawn bowling, pool tables, card room, club room etc.
For a very small amount you can join craft workshops, gym classes, computer room, golf practice facilities. Ask for current golf course rates.
MINIMUM RENT 30 DAYS
From January to April 3 months or longer only.
CLEANING FEE
We charge 300 US Dollars for cleaning.
BOOKING/DAMAGE DEPOSIT
There is a refundable booking/damage deposit of at least 500 US Dollars (depending on length of stay).

45+ AGE REQUIREMENT
Leisure World Resort is a 45+ Adult Community. Tenant shall provide proof of age by submitting passport or driver’s license with Photo ID and date of birth. Tenants have to follow Leisure World Resort rules at any time.
GUEST POLICY
Tenants may have guests and shall provide the names of Guests to the Landlord/LW Registration office prior to their arrival. Children and guests under 45 years of age are not permitted in the Furnished House for longer than 2 weeks without interruption. All guests and invitees are under Tenant’s control and shall not violate any of the Leisure World Community or house regulations.
CANCELLATION
Every cancellation will incur a penalty of at least USD 250.
